At K’Lure Esthetics, Shantasia is known for her exceptional waxing skills. She was recognized as one of the top wax specialists at European Wax Center. She also is currently offering model pricing for lash extensions while perfecting her craft, giving clients the chance to experience beautiful lashes at a great value. Our shared goal is to inspire confidence, celebrate individuality, and create a beauty experience that’s both personable and professional. Extra Info To ensure every client has the best possible experience, please keep the following in mind when booking: • Use your real name and provide correct contact information when booking. • Please avoid bringing extra guests to your appointment. • If you need a service outside of our regular hours, an additional squeeze-in fee of $20 will apply. • Same-day appointments will also have a $20 fee. • If you are sick or experiencing symptoms, please reschedule or cancel your appointment to ensure the health and safety of everyone. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all information and policies listed. CANCELLATION POLICY
Hey beauty!🤍 A few things to keep our appointments smooth & stress-free: Deposits: A deposit is required to hold your appointment, and a card on file is required to book. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved once if needed. Appointments without a deposit may be canceled. No-Shows: Full service amount will be charged (it’s never personal, just to protect my time) Fills: For lash fills, anything after 3 weeks from your last appointment will be considered a full set. Reschedules and Cancellations: Please give 24 hours notice so I can fill your spot 💌 Less than that = 50% fee. Running Late: You have a 15-minute grace period. After that there is a $10 late fee, and after 25 minutes your appointment may be canceled with a 50% fee. Forms and Waivers: All forms and waivers must be filled out prior to receiving your service. If needed, they can be completed at the start of your appointment. Payment Info: If your card declines for a fee, you will just need to clear that up before rebooking. Buy Now, Pay Later options (such as Klarna, Afterpay, etc.) are available for your convenience. Please note there is a $20 BNPL fee applied to cover additional processing costs. Clean Lashes: Come with lashes free of makeup and oils so we can get the best retention possible. Lash bath available for $8 if needed. Feeling Sick: Let’s reschedule so we both stay healthy. I will gladly move you once at no cost! Aftercare and Adjustments: Not loving something? Let me know within 48 hours for a complimentary touch-up. Thank you for respecting my time and craft.
